Prices
All sales prices of the products on the site are expressed in Euros and include VAT and all other taxes. They are indicated for each product on the online catalog.
The prices of the individual products, published from time to time, cancel and replace the previous ones.
The prices applied are those indicated on the Site at the time of the purchase order by the Customer.

Dounia srl accompanies the goods shipped with DDT (transport document), inserted inside the package together with the purchased goods. The invoice will be sent by email when the order is processed.
Transport and Delivery
The delivery of the products is subject to the payment, by the customer, of the relative price with the means chosen among those made available by www.espritequo.com
The shipment is made by courier GLS.
The goods travel on behalf and at the risk of the buyer. Dounia srl will therefore not be responsible for any delays or damage resulting from transport.
In the event that the package arrives visibly damaged, collect the goods by signing with Specific Reserve, otherwise it will not be possible to request any refund.
In the event of a refusal of the package, Dounia srl may request the customer the full amount of the shipping costs and the cost incurred for returning the package to the sender.
Delivery times, according to the provisions of art. 6 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999, are not more than 30 days from the day following that of transmission of the order to Dounia srl.
Returned parcels and reshipments: in the event that, for reasons independent of Dounia srl sas (absent recipient, incorrect shipping address indicated during the purchase phase, etc ...), the order returns to the sender and the customer wishes to receive it again, Dounia srl reserves the right to charge the customer for the transport costs relating to the return to the sender and the new shipment.
Also, in cases where the shipment is in stock and the customer is prompted, directly by Dounia srl or by the courier itself, to make contact for a new delivery (to the telephone number of the local office), and within two days does not make contact with the courier, Dounia srl will be responsible for requesting the return of the package to the sender, reserving the right to charge the customer the shipping costs.
Dounia srl also reserves the right to request an advance payment in the event that a previous order with cash on delivery has not been withdrawn or payment has been refused, returning to the sender burdened with storage costs.
IN CASE OF DAMAGED GOODS: Any problems must be reported via email within 1 week of delivery, attaching photos, this to allow us to open a complaint to the courier. After the deadline, no complaints will be accepted regarding the goods delivered.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999, the customer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract and to return any ordered products already delivered, without any penalty, within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the goods. .
The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter with return receipt to Dounia srl, Via Giovanni Marchesini 19/21 - 00135 Rome - Italy, within the terms established by law. The Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in relation to customized or bulk products.
The products must be returned intact, unused and in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment).
If the withdrawal is made in compliance with the conditions indicated above, the amount paid for the products, excluding transport costs (if goods have already been shipped), will be reimbursed to the buyer by bank transfer to an account in his name. The reimbursement will be made within 30 days from the date on which Dounia srl receives the communication of the Customer's exercise of the right of withdrawal.
The returned goods travel under the responsibility of the customer who must ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, we will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.
Guarantees
Dounia srl guarantees that the products delivered are the same as those indicated on the Site, but assumes no responsibility for the quality, packaging and labeling of products not of its production, without prejudice to the Customer's right of withdrawal. Dounia srl guarantees only the material integrity of the product packaging at the time of delivery. Any defects must be reported by the customer, under penalty of forfeiture, no later than 10 days from the date of delivery.
The customer has the right to have the damaged products replaced after returning them, excluding the customer's right to compensation for any damage, even further.
The shipping costs necessary for the replacement of products are to be considered charged to the customer.
Dounia srl does not provide any additional warranty on products with respect to that provided by individual manufacturers.
Without prejudice to the hypothesis of willful misconduct or gross negligence of Dounia srl, it is agreed that if it is ascertained, the liability of Dounia srl Sas cannot exceed the price of the products purchased by the disputed customer.
Responsibility
Dounia srl Sas assumes no responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure of any nature and kind, if it fails to execute the contract within the time agreed. Causes of force majeure are, by way of example but not limited to, the provisions of the Public Authority, the strike of its own employees or of the carriers of which Dounia srl uses, as well as any other circumstance that is beyond the control of the latter.
Disputes
All contracts concluded with Dounia srl Sas are intended to be concluded in Italy and are subject to Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes deriving from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the Rome court.
