Dounia srl ships throughout Italy and packages are usually shipped within 2/3 working days after receipt of payment and sent via GLS with signed check.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays.

Shipping costs include packaging and postage costs.
 

We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, shipping costs will be applied to each of them. Your package will be sent under your responsibility, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
